14 momme silk printed in Como, Italy, a world-renowned silk fabric production area. The mill we commissioned for this piece was founded in 1930. While relatively new in Como, it is highly regarded for its advanced techniques and distinctive sense of style. With a rich archive of designs, we selected paisley, small-pattern, and small floral motifs from among them and created EXCYFORMAL exclusive colors. The small floral pattern has a delicate design that can tend to look plain, so we brightened the base color to add freshness and elegance, resulting in a design that can be used as an accent in your coordination. The quality also clearly shows the crisp pattern and vivid colors, reflecting the high level of printing technology. The stitching is hand-rolled by skilled craftsmen in Japan. The hand-rolled finish, with its tiny visible stitches and slightly uneven result unique to hand hemming, has a character not found in the machine-saddle stitching commonly used for pocket squares and gives it a luxurious feel. Pocket squares hand-rolled by craftsmen have become rare in Japan, making them precious items. This pocket square is made in a large 45 cm square size so you can enjoy both its volume and pattern.
