[Notice] Credit card payments are now charged when your order ships

Thank you for using ApparelX.

From November 1, orders paid by credit card (including Google Pay and Apple Pay) are charged when the order ships. Your card is not charged when you place the order; when the order ships, we charge the confirmed amount in your account's currency. The payment steps and screens are the same as before.

No charge if you cancel before shipping

You can now cancel a credit card order yourself with "Cancel This Order" in Order History while its status is "Waiting For Processing". If you cancel before the order ships, your card is not charged and there is no cancellation fee.

If the total decreases, we charge the lower amount

If the total decreases, for example when you change the order or the shipping address, or when an item is out of stock, we charge the lower amount. You do not need to wait for a refund.

Receipts after shipping

When your card is charged, we email you a receipt. You can also print the receipt from the order details after the order ships.

About your card statement

Depending on your card issuer, the amount of your order may appear on your statement temporarily. This temporary entry disappears according to your card issuer's processing, and you are charged only the confirmed amount.

Notes

・Orders that take many days to ship may be charged before they ship.

・Orders shipped in parts are charged when the last part ships.

・Alipay, WeChat Pay, Naver Pay, Kakao Pay and some other payment methods are still charged when you place the order.

・Additional payments when the total increases, and the rules for canceling or returning after your card has been charged, are the same as before.

・Orders placed before November 1 were charged when they were placed (cancellations and refunds are handled as before).
