Neckerchief Italian Printed Silk Paisley Blue/Wine Red

A 14-momme silk neckerchief printed in Como, Italy, a world-renowned center for silk fabrics. The smooth, crisp feel of high-quality silk against the skin is wonderfully pleasant. It is a perfect item for casual yet elegant styling, whether paired with a simple knit or with a shirt worn open at the chest. The mill we commissioned this time was founded in 1930; while relatively new in Como, it has earned a reputation for its advanced techniques and distinctive sensibility. With an abundant design archive, we created an EXCYFORMAL exclusive colorway from among them. The striking paisley pattern has been rendered with a restrained color palette, making it easy to coordinate and suitable as an accent to an outfit. The quality also showcases a crisp pattern and vivid colors, demonstrating the high level of printing technology. The sewing is hand-rolled by artisans in Japan. The small, visible stitches and uneven finish unique to hand hemming have a character not found in the usual herringbone stitching used for standard neckerchiefs, adding a sense of luxury. Neckerchiefs hand-rolled by artisans, now increasingly rare in Japan, are valuable items.
