A small amount of textile is kneaded for a long period of time to create the dyed base.
This pre-bleaching process untwists the thread, allowing the textile to become more relaxed, resulting in a natural surface effect and a sense of volume.
Dyeing is also done in small dye lots over a long period of time.
After dyeing, the textile is washed in water while being kneaded, and then kneaded again with air to loosen it from the core, emphasizing the softness and fluffiness, resulting in a processing method that can most naturally express the original characteristics of the textile.
In addition, since only small amounts of chemicals are used, the process is kind to the earth and to people.
