Dyeing and finishing are carried out at a small factory in Hamamatsu.
A washing process is applied at the greige stage to give the fabric softness and volume.
By carrying out everything from bleaching to dyeing in one integrated process using dedicated machinery, the fabric develops a distinctive texture and crinkled feel for a natural finish.
To convey the warmth of sun-drying, we use tumbler drying, a drying method close to sun-drying, which gives the fabric a unique texture.
This is a fully original product by Fujisaki Textile Co., Ltd.

※Because this is processed in small lots with a strong wash finish, the wrinkled look may be uneven, with random variations in size appearing.
Wrinkles running vertically, horizontally, or diagonally may occur, and dye pooling may also occur.
※Because we use traditional machinery with an emphasis on texture, fraying, dirt, or winding-in near the selvage may occur.
※Because this is a dyeing process using a wash finish machine, partial color unevenness may appear.
Also, the color of the natural shade varies depending on the raw yarn.
※Because natural fibers are used, flaws such as scratches and neps may occur, but these are not counted as defects.

※Please strictly observe cutting and sewing within the roll.
※Because this is processed in small batches in a kettle, there may be differences in color and texture between cut-to-order quantities and bulk quantities, so please understand in advance.

※Because the finish is applied with a natural processing method, the final winding is performed without excessive tension.
Depending on the lot, there may be variations in the textile.
Scratches or dirt may be present near both selvages.
