You can enjoy the aesthetic beauty unique to a fully forged blade, as well as its supple yet sharp cutting edge.
Total forging is a traditional Japanese forging method in which heated iron and steel are hammered by hand without the use of molds, and the thickness and shape are entirely created by hand. Currently, many scissors made in Japan are made using "composite steel," which is iron and steel that have been bonded together beforehand. In contrast, total forging does not use composite materials, but heats iron and steel with a flame of about 1000 degrees and joins them by hammering them together. The shape is also shaped at the same time. The process of joining iron and steel is extremely difficult and is an inefficient method with many failures, but it is possible to achieve a finish that is meticulous in every detail, such as the strength of the spring, the grip, and the balance of the blade.

These are the ultimate small scissors, handcrafted by skilled artisans who heat iron and steel in flames of approximately 1000 degrees Celsius without using molds, and then hammer them to create the perfect thickness and shape. Although it's on the pricier side, it has excellent cutting performance and can be used for many years, so please give it a try.
