This popular tussar weave (horizontal ribbing) material uses TORAY's spun nylon "Stunner ." Though it's 100% nylon, it feels almost like an N/C (nylon and cotton interwoven fabric). The coating on the back gives it just the right amount of firmness and provides waterproof, windproof, and breathable properties (Delphi®). It also boasts durable water-repellent properties (Qudas®), making it a highly functional textile that offers protection from wind and rain while reducing discomfort caused by sweating for added comfort.

What is the cost of CUT300, which costs 300 yen per meter?

The cutting fee can be thought of as a small amount charge when not shipping in rolls.
A cutting fee is set because it is easier for manufacturers to ship a roll than to measure, cut, and fold 1 meter.
The product will be delivered uncut into 1m lengths. If you cut it longer, it may break in the middle.

Can you provide pertex textile?

Unfortunately, we do not sell textile such as Pertex in stock.
While protecting the trademark, we apply for a brand name and purchase the textile in lots, so we cannot arrange it for you.

Can I have the textile cut to a specific size?

This is possible depending on the type of textile and size. (Additional processing fees will apply.)

Can I have the textile printed?

Printing is possible on textile with P underlay.
If you let us know the data and quantity, we will send you a quote.

I want test data of the fabric.

If I purchase the roll of textile, is it possible to let me know the number of one roll's length in advance?

In the case of rolls, we cannot tell you the number of M because the number of rolls allocated varies depending on the timing of the order.
Also, we are very sorry, but we cannot specify the number of M because the number of one roll's length per roll is different.

I would like a hangtag/woven label for textile with a trademark.

Regarding hangtags and woven labels, if the manufacturer of the seller is different, the price and conditions will be different. If you order the textile, we can arrange it from one piece. Basically, there are many tags that are prepared, but there is a possibility that there is no woven label, so when ordering textile, please let us know the product number of the textile, the number of tags, woven labels, etc. .

I ordered the textile by roll, but the quantity is not the quantity I ordered?

If you order the textile by roll, it is usually arranged in random rolls, so the quantity you receive may vary.
Therefore, if you change the quantity you ordered, we will inform you of the quantity by e-mail each time.
If the quantity is large, we will make an additional payment for the difference, and if the quantity is small, we will refund the difference within a few days after the shipment is completed.

The color swatch in the sample book and the color of the textile I actually ordered are out of sync, is it possible to exchange it?

There are some differences depending on the material of the fiber, but for textile products, color deviation may occur depending on the lot. Therefore, if it is slightly blurred, we cannot exchange it, but if it is considerably blurred, we will discuss with the manufacturer and take measures such as replacement.

The sample card has a woven label and tag, but is it not included with the textile order?

The woven label and tag will be arranged separately. If you can indicate the desired quantity in the remarks column when ordering, we will check with the manufacturer if it can be arranged.
As soon as we can confirm, we will contact you about the payment method.

Is it possible to custom order a color that is not listed in the sample card?

Since the availability, delivery date, unit price, etc. will change depending on the part number, please indicate on the support page or in the remarks column when ordering. I will check with the manufacturer.

I purchased a sample card, but there are colors not listed on ApparelX. Is it possible to purchase?

Is possible. When new colors are added by the manufacturer, the sample card will be updated, but there may be cases where the roll is not reflected on ApparelX.
Sorry to trouble you, but please contact us here with the product number and color number you want.

Is it possible to print if there is no development below?

If it is under P or there is no development of color numbers for dyeing, we may print from white, etc., but there may be cases where the printing does not go well due to the chemical.
Please try from the sample.

What color is the bottom P?

Under P, PFP (Prepare for Print) is unprocessed and undyed textile that has been treated for dyeing and printing.

Is it possible to order the textile so that there is no middle cut?

It is possible to cut to order it, but if it is 5m or more, it may be cut off.
In the case of cutting, if there is a cut in the middle, the cut is slightly longer.
Also, even in the case of original rolls, there may be pieces inside, so please order in quantities with a margin (loss).

Tough with water repellent finish

Since it is for work, I have purchased it several times to make pants that I use.
The textile is a little thick and has no stretch, so it gives a stiff impression.
When I actually used it, I felt that the water repellent finish was solid, and the toughness was good.
It rubs with work etc., but there is almost no color fading or shifting.
In addition, it feels warm even in winter because it does not let the wind through.
If you are looking for a tough textile, this product is definitely recommended.
