This is a polyester elastic cord. It is a flat elastic band, and is thinner than ordinary round elastic.
It is widely used for blousons, rainwear, and more.

Please tell me what to keep in mind when requesting heat cutting for round elastic band.

Because the stretch rates of the outer material and the inner material (elastic band) are different, there is a possibility that the inner material may protrude, or that the finish may not be very neat. Please place your processing request with this in mind.
