We provide authentic tie manufacturing. At our own EXCY atelier, each tie is carefully sewn one by one using your preferred fabric. You can choose and purchase the fabric you want to have made from ApparelX, or send your preferred fabric to the supplier. You can choose and purchase the fabric you want to have made from ApparelX, or send your preferred fabric to the supplier. Required fabric length: 50 cm wide fabric: 75 cm; 100 cm wide fabric or wider: 60 cm
■Basic Size■ 1. The wide blade width is 5 cm to 10 cm; if you would like a different size, please contact us. 2. The narrow blade width is 4.5 cm. If you would like a different size, please contact us. 3. The length will be made to your desired size. *Please enter your length request in the memo field. (Example: total length 150 cm)
■Option-related■ 1. You may specify the outer fabric or lining for the back side of the blade tip. If no instructions are given, we will attach a lining similar to the outer fabric we have on hand. 2. You may also specify the thread color for the bartack.
Please note that we are unable to process the following fabrics. ・Velvet. ・Highly stretchy fabrics. ・Loose-weave fabrics (such as mesh). In addition, for special fabrics such as loose-weave jacquard fabrics, jacquard weaves using metallic yarns (such as silver thread), and very thick fabrics, we may ask you to pay an "extra charge for special fabric processing" when we receive the fabric.
