Hello. I'm Tamiya from ApparelX!
Fujisaki Textile is often associated with cut-and-sew fabrics, but it also offers a wide range of attractive woven materials.
“HIYORI,” newly listed on ApparelX this time, is an original series made at a small factory in Hamamatsu, where everything from dyeing to finishing is handled in-house to create its distinctive textured surface, fullness, and natural feel.
Since its founding in 1968, Fujisaki Textile Co., Ltd. has grown over nearly half a century as a material wholesaler supplying a broad range of textiles, mainly cut-and-sew fabrics and woven fabrics. In addition to in-house planning and production, it enhances its functions as a back office for people opening up the future of fashion, based on close relationships with each textile manufacturer.
Washing → bleaching and dyeing → tumbler drying (a drying method close to sun drying) → textured surface and fullness
We handle everything from dyeing to finishing at a small factory in Hamamatsu. A washing process is applied at the greige-fabric stage to create softness and fullness.
By carrying out bleaching and dyeing consistently with dedicated machines, the fabric is finished with a natural look and a distinctive textured surface.
Because we use tumbler drying, a drying method close to sun drying so that the warmth of sun drying can be felt, we were able to achieve a texture unlike anything else.
This is a completely original Fujisaki Textile product.
Depending on the product number, original colors can also be supported. If you are interested, please contact us.
*When purchasing on APPARELX, please note that this series is intended for mass production, so sample cuts are limited to up to 3m.

The following three product numbers are especially recommended in this series!
We were also given comments by the manufacturer’s representative when they picked these items, so we would like to share them.
This is the product number that my customers choose most often!
It is on the dressier side within the HIYORI series, so I feel it can be used by a wide range of customers, for both men’s and ladies’ styles, from blouses to pants.
This is the No. 1 product number I definitely want you to try!

Because it contains nylon, it has the natural feel of cotton while not being too natural, which is the key point!
It is also lightweight, so it is recommended for lightweight outerwear and skirts.
Also, compared with other product numbers, it has a color variation with muted colors that are chosen often these days, so it is very cute.

This is a 100% cotton fabric and has a natural finish in a way that is typical of 100% cotton.
It has no sheerness, so it is recommended as a standard choice for shirts, skirts, and lightweight jackets!
It has a slight peach touch, and the way the color comes out also gives it a damaged look, so it is perfect for those who want just a little bit of a worn feel!

Thank you for reading this far. Not only cut-and-sew fabrics, but also woven fabrics are full of the material-making style that is so typical of Fujisaki Textile.
The HIYORI series has a natural look while being easy to incorporate into product planning, and is a series that can be used widely for shirts, blouses, pants, skirts, and light outerwear.
