We will explain each function.
The biggest feature of COOLMAX® is the cross section of the fiber. The thread cross section has a special shape (grooved shape).
This cross-sectional shape causes capillary action. As a result, the fine grooves in the COOLMAX® fibers act as capillaries, efficiently drawing sweat away from the skin and promoting evaporation on the textile surface. This material uses the heat of vaporization to keep the inside of the textile cool.
