I was surprised by how pleasant it felt when I first picked it up. Because it is shaggy, the surface is a little brushed, but the textile itself is soft and fluffy, with a feel that makes you want to keep touching it.
Tartan check has also been a popular pattern in shirts and other items for both men and ladies in recent years, so this is a textile I would definitely recommend for autumn and winter items!
