The No. 531-536 series features extremely rare genuine cloisonné enamel (a vitreous glaze fired onto a surface). While most cloisonné enamel is made from petroleum-derived epoxy resin, this series boasts deeper colors, does not deteriorate over time, and is particularly valuable due to the extremely limited number of skilled artisans who produce it. Furthermore, because the feet are square-shaped and wide, they don't droop downwards when worn.
