Thread spinning is broadly divided into open-end thread and ring thread. Compared with ring thread, which has a finer, slightly smoother texture, open-end thread has a fuller feel and a rougher texture.  

【N1249 000】 makes use of those characteristics while slightly reducing the uneven look and creating a softer, looser weave to broaden its versatility. 

Another reason this textile has long been supported is its clean, refreshing blue indigo color.
Threads bundled into rope form are dipped in indigo dye, exposed to the air, and oxidized to turn blue.
By repeating this process, the depth of color is increased, and the textile is dyed into a vivid indigo blue.
By adjusting and reducing the number of dips, a refreshing blue finish is achieved, resulting in stylish denim with a refined feel.

This textile is made by a fabric mill in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, that handles integrated production from spinning and dyeing to weaving and finishing.
It is a recommended textile created with top-level craftsmanship.
