Hello!

Tsuzaki-san gave me some yuzu.

Very winter-like.

Tsuzaki-san is a master of zipper processing and tape cutting.

It seems he grows all kinds of vegetables, and he gives me lots of seasonal produce.

Everything is really delicious—he’s truly a genius!!

This time I got some yuzu, but I was wondering how I should eat it.

I don’t usually buy yuzu myself, and I couldn’t really think of many dishes to make with it.

But I thought, since I have it, I don’t want to use it just by floating it in the bath!

I made chicken meatballs using ground chicken and an outrageous amount of yuzu!

After all, winter means hot pot!!

Even the yuzu was delicious! Tsuzaki-san is a genius~!

For the finishing udon, I squeezed in yuzu juice and enjoyed the whole yuzu to the fullest!
