ApparelX Points and Coupons

You earn ApparelX Points worth 1% of the product subtotal of each order (before shipping, tax, and discounts). Points are kept in your account's currency, and 1 point is worth 1 unit of that currency (for example, USD 1). In currencies that use decimals, such as USD and EUR, points can include decimals. If you change your currency in "Change Global Settings", your points are converted as well.

Points are added as "Pending" when you order and become "Confirmed" after all items have shipped. Only confirmed points can be used. If an order is canceled, the points it would have earned are voided.

Points belong to your company and can be used by all users in your company. For the program rules, see the ApparelX Points guide.

When you are logged in, your "ApparelX Points" balance is shown below the header. Click it to open your points page, which shows your "Current balance", any "Time Limited Points", and your points history with the status of each entry (Pending, Confirmed, or Voided).

Time-limited points, such as points from campaigns, can be used only until their expiration date. The cart and checkout also show the points you will earn with the order.

1. Under "ApparelX Point" at checkout, click "Use all points" or enter the number of points to use.
2. The points are deducted from the total. If the total becomes zero, the payment method changes to "Points-Only Payment" automatically.

You can use points up to the product subtotal plus the delivery fee, minus any discount. Time-limited points are used first. If you cancel an order, the points you used are returned.

1. Open "Enter Coupon" from the menu at the top right of the header.
2. Enter the coupon code and click "Apply Coupon".

There is no field for coupon codes at checkout. Please apply your coupon on this page before you order.

Points coupon	ApparelX Points are added to your account when you apply the coupon.
Discount coupon (amount or percentage)	After you apply the coupon, the discount is deducted automatically as "Discount" at checkout on your next order that includes eligible items. It is used up in one order.
Free shipping coupon	After you apply the coupon, you can choose "International Free Shipping" at checkout for delivery outside Japan.

Each coupon can be used once per company, through its expiration date. Some coupons are available only in certain countries, based on your company's registered country. If "This coupon has already been applied." or "This coupon has expired." appears, the coupon can no longer be used.
