Hello, this time I will write about my experience taking inventory at Okura Shoji Saitama Distribution Center.
I have been working for the company for three years, but this was my first visit to the distribution center.
Regarding orders for products that are in stock at the Saitama Distribution Center, orders are always placed from the center and then delivered from the Tokyo head office, so we had to communicate with the center several times a week.
This time, when I went to the warehouse for the first time to take inventory, I was surprised to find that it was a vast space with a large number of products stored there.
Products are managed by area, and I saw firsthand how they are stored.
It was spring when I visited, and rape blossoms were blooming near the warehouse.
During our lunch break, we took a walk through the rapeseed fields and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
This experience gave me a deeper understanding of how the company manages its products.
We were also able to see the beautiful scenery around the warehouse, making it a very fulfilling day.
