This is the so-called cotton flannel, made based on authentic flannel long ago. By using a twill weave to increase strength and soft brushing on one side, this textile, which offers excellent flexibility and warmth retention, is now loved all over the world.
The slightly muted color tone created by pigment dyeing that does not fully penetrate to the core, together with the brushed finish, is calm and lovely.

This double cloth has a natural and relaxed feel. By applying the labor-intensive Plat Air-In process, which involves kneading and loosening, dyeing, and then loosening again, it expresses the natural characteristics of the material in the most natural way.
[Plat Air-In process]
The textile is kneaded and dyed over a long time in small quantities to create a pre-dyed base fabric.
This base-fabric process untwists the yarn, and as the textile relaxes to its fullest, it develops a natural surface effect and fullness.
The dyeing is also done over a long time in small dye lots.
After dyeing, the textile is washed while being kneaded, and then once again kneaded with air to loosen it from the core,
which emphasizes softness and fullness, making it a processing method that expresses the textile’s natural characteristics in the most natural way.
In addition, since only a small amount of chemicals is used, it is an environmentally and human-friendly process.

This is a traditional yarn-dyed fabric made in Madras (now Chennai) in southeastern India.
Production is managed consistently from spinning and yarn dyeing through weaving.
Please enjoy the soft feel unique to Indian cotton.
↓There is also a wide variety of color variations.

I have always liked the crisp texture of typewriter cloth, but this is not just any typewriter cloth.
With a linen blend and high twist, it has a cool feel, and the Plat Air-In process gives the textile a natural atmosphere.
At first glance it looks like ordinary typewriter cloth, but because it contains linen, the textile itself has uneven coloration, giving it character and charm.
Finally
Thank you for reading to the end.
We introduced mainly check-pattern textiles and products with the Plat Air-In process.
