This is the so-called "cotton flannel" that was created based on the authentic flannel of the past. The textile is now loved all over the world, with its strength increased by twill fuzzy on one side.
The pigment dye doesn't seem to penetrate all the way through to the core, and the fuzzy finish gives it a slightly dull color that is calm and beautiful.
This double cloth has a natural and relaxed feel. It is processed using a time-consuming process called Platt Air-in, which involves kneading, loosening, dyeing, and loosening again, to bring out the original characteristics of the material in the most natural way.

This bleaching process untwists the thread, allowing the textile to relax to the maximum extent, resulting in a natural surface effect and a sense of volume.
