Hello, I’m Tajiri from COSMO TEXTILE.

We are a textile converter that plans and stocks more than 100 product numbers of textile.
Today, I’d like to introduce some product numbers we recommend right now.

At our company, where cotton pants and medium-weight textile for outerwear make up half of our product lineup, we develop textile with creative touches in the thread and processing so they are not just “ordinary cotton pants.”

And what we recommend now is our series of strong-twist pants textile.

This lineup centers on yarn called “strong-twist yarn,” which is twisted more tightly than regular thread and is often used in high-priced Ladies apparel.

The characteristics of strong-twist yarn are, perhaps, its refined luxury and solid hand, with less fuzz.

This item has already been favored for six seasons since its launch and is now also spreading to overseas apparel. It uses compact yarn, a lustrous 30-count single yarn double thread, and is finished with compression processing plus silicone infuse processing to emphasize a dense feel and a rich, textured hand.

It is also well received by men’s designer brands, and we are proud of its texture, which does not let the quality of its distinctive cutting look out of place.

An organic cotton material planned with an eye on the sustainable direction the world is moving toward.

For the thread, we use GOTS-certified yarn, which is certified not only from the standpoint of environmental protection but also only if it takes social sustainability such as working conditions into account. We also planned this textile with a focus on fashion, so it would not be limited by the traditional Japanese view of organic as having a warm, soft atmosphere or an ethical feel.

• BD1986 Organic 30/3 Strong-Twist Canvas, Compression, Silicone Infuse

This item has been available since last year as part of the 21AW lineup.

This product number is a high-sensitivity apparel designer collaboration project item under the brand MUSUAL, created with Ladies trends in mind. It retains the compression silicone infuse that was well received in BD1843, while using 30-count single-yarn triple-ply strong-twist yarn to aim for an exquisite thickness. The weave is canvas, giving it a simple, city-like look that is not too casual.

We also developed the color chips with a Ladies atmosphere in mind, offering colors that should resonate with stylish people today.
