Introducing new international shipping options!

Dear ApparelX Global members,

Thank you for your continued support of ApparelX.  

As you may know, the pandemic has had a negative impact on many industries, including the logistics industry. Since 2020, most delivery services in Japan have refused to ship to North America, Australia, and Russia.

The previous delivery fee on the ApparelX system was based on EMS; however, EMS Japan no longer ships to those regions. 

In order to meet the demand from international customers, we have been using DHL and other delivery services, which cost 2-3 times more than EMS. Up until February 2021, 50% to 70% of the delivery fee for every international order was covered by ApparelX.

In March 2021, we decided to update our shipping system, introducing the four delivery options below:

• International Standard: Our recommended shipping method!
• International Economy: A new shipping method to save on shipping costs.
• International Small Package: A new shipping method for small orders under 2 kg.
• Combined delivery: To save on delivery costs, we will ship your new order together with your previous order.  

The delivery company will vary depending on the shipping destination.
