[Feature Enhancement] Added estimated shipping date display and other updates to the checkout page

We have made the following changes to the checkout page.

• Previously, this was shown per item, but we have now displayed the estimated shipping date (provisional) by shipping unit.
• We moved the ApparelX points input field above the payment method area.
