We have added a new " ApparelX Dashboard" feature that makes it easier to check your order status and purchasing trends on ApparelX . Previously, you could check individual order details in your order history, but the dashboard allows you to check monthly purchase amounts, number of orders, delivery status, and purchasing trends by category and manufacturer all in one place.
The ApparelX dashboard primarily provides the following information:
The monthly purchase amount trend section allows you to view a graph of your purchase amount for the past 12 months. A comparison with the same month of the previous year is also displayed, allowing you to visually understand which months have seen an increase in purchases and which have remained stable.
The category breakdown shows which categories of products are being purchased the most, such as textile, linings, buttons, and zipper.
Additionally, the Top 10 Manufacturers by Purchase Amount ranking displays manufacturers with the highest purchase amounts. This can be used to review procurement trends and conduct internal purchasing analysis.
The delivery risk list allows you to view a list of orders that have passed their scheduled shipping date or orders whose scheduled shipping date needs to be confirmed.
This system allows you to easily check order numbers, products, estimated shipping dates, delivery addresses, and order status all in one place, making it useful for managing delivery dates and sharing information within the company.
Your recent order history allows you to view a list of order details, including order number, order date, items, estimated shipping date, shipping date, shipping address, order amount, and status.
You can also navigate to the traditional order history details page from the "Order Details" section of each order.
At the top of the dashboard, you can switch the displayed content by selecting the month or user.
Even when multiple users within the same company use ApparelX, it's easy to check both the overall purchasing status and the usage status of each individual user.
At ApparelX, we will continue to improve our dashboard functionality to provide our corporate customers with even more convenient purchasing and order management capabilities.
In the future, we are considering adding features that will be even more useful for practical work, such as departmental and brand-specific aggregation, and management of delivery date status.
