Our Response During the State of Emergency [Operating with Customers First!]

2021/1/7 (Thu), a state of emergency was declared in one metropolitan area and three prefectures. In addition, the areas subject to the state of emergency are expected to expand further, including the three prefectures in the Kansai region.

Our response to the state of emergency is as follows.

• Do not stop apparel production. Act with the customer first.
• At the same time, we will carry out staggered commuting and telework as much as possible to keep the number of people coming to the office down.

We will be using staggered commuting and telework, but during business hours on weekdays from 9:00 - 18:00, we will continue to respond to inquiries by phone and email as usual. However, as it may become difficult to reach manufacturers and others, for products with tight delivery schedules, please arrange materials as early as possible.
